ABOUT
About Me
I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Freiburg and founded Germany's largest cancer research clinic, the Tumour Biology Centre in Freiburg. After moving to China, I led two healthcare joint ventures as General Manager.
For over 20 years, I headed Investor Relations at Hoffmann-La Roche, contributing to key transactions and significant market cap growth. I also led the Planning Department and was a member of the Roche Pension Fund's Investment and ESG Committees.
Recognized with multiple awards from the buy- and sell-side, I was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Institutional Investor Survey and IR Magazine. I am currently a senior advisor for McKinsey and lead the Investor Relations chapter for the Conference Board.
What I Offer
I currently advise large healthcare companies and mid-sized biotech firms on all aspects of capital market communication, including investor targeting, compliance, quarterly and annual updates, Capital Market Days, and the development of equity stories.

I also help bridge the gap between companies' medium- and long-term plans and market expectations.
Additionally, I specialize in onboarding CEOs, CFOs, and Investor Relations officers regarding capital market strategies.
